Use with other software and its free?
Property Stampede is a tenant management console that gives you the tools to manage your tenants online. Here is how it works:
1. Create a free account on PropertyStampede.com.
2. Enter the property/unit information for the properties that you would like to collect rent from.
3. Enter the tenant/lease information, and invite your tenant to use their tenant portal.
4. Create a free Paylease account, by requesting the two page signup from your Property Stampede Rep. If you are a Property Stampede customer, we waive all Paylease sign-up and monthly fees.
5. Save your payment settings from your new Paylease account, and as soon as you save it, your tenants can process payments online, and you can process payments as well in your manager login.
Paylease payment processing software is fully incorporated into Property Stampede's tenant management software. That means that with a free Property Stampede account and a free Paylease account, you have the ability to collect your rent online with no cost to you!
Once you create the property and unit information a property, you can then enter the lease information in. Property Stampede has the most advanced invoice generation tool on the market today. You never have to deal with ledgers, or adding payments every month. Simply create the electronic version of the lease on Property Stampede by entering the start date and the end date, and the recurring charges.
Once all of this information is entered, Property Stampede will show you a schedule of all of the invoices that it will automatically create. Every month ten (10) days prior to the due date, the invoice will be created and it will automatically add the recurring charges. This invoice is automatically available to the tenant. The tenant can pay the invoice up to the total amount due, and if the full amount is not paid within the grace period that is set, the system will automatically add a late fee that you have set to the lease. You can modify any invoice at any time.
The invoices that are created are available to both your tenant and to you on your manager log in. If you modify the invoice or add any new charges or record payments to that invoice the tenant will be able to see that in real time. Also, if your tenant makes a payment it will update your invoice, and also record that payment into your "Payments In" tab so you have a full record of that payment and every detail including the time and date of that payment made.
Property Stampede also offers other functionality for you to use, but is not necessary to use every function of Property Stampede. This way, you can use Property Stampede in conjunction with any other software, and still get all the great benefits of collecting payments without having to painfully switch softwares.
Once you create the electronic version of the lease, and invite the tenant, they will receive an email from the system that will invite them to use a free tenant portal. The tenant portal is where they can log in anytime, view the invoices outstanding, view their payments made, update their contact info, and even submit service requests to you saving you time without receiving endless number of calls a day.
