Property Stampede is on Facebook

Recognizing the fact that Facebook is basically tied for first in social networking, we have decided to create a Property Stampede fan page. You can access the page and become one of our fans by doing a search for us from within Facebook.

By becoming a fan, you have one more way of becoming closer with our family by joining discussions, reading company updates, and showing your support for our efforts.

For fellow real estate professionals, a facebook fan page is definitely one more way you can increase your exposure on the internet and we recommend that you look into setting up your own.

Update: New Features to our Property Management Software

We have recently released some updates to our property management software, including a new report, the vacancy report.

The Vacancy report can be found under your reports tab next to our detailed Delinquency and Rent Roll reports. This report allows you to view all of your current vacancies, and also all of your future vacancies. This is valuable information when you need to know what units will be vacant at what date for the next 12 months.

Other valuable information for those units include how many days that unit has been vacant and also how many days until it will be occupied. If you decide to look at a unit in more detail from the report, just click on the units name and you will be taken to the unit details page.

Update: New Payment settings!

We have added a settings section that allows you to setup and manage your electronic payment options for receiving payments from tenants. This section can be found in the settings tab after you have logged into your Property Stampede management account.

Accepting payments from tenants via PayPal could never be easier, all that is needed is your PayPal ID to be entered into the settings section. Accepting credit card payments can be setup in a similar fashion and you can turn these payment options on and off at any time.

Save your self some trips to the bank and begin accepting electronic payments as they are a convenient, safe and secure methods of accepting payments.

Update: New Home Page!

Some of you may have noticed, and for those of you that use it every day, I am sure that you have, but we have now finished our new HOME PAGE!! We are very excited about it, and we think that our graphic designers did a GREAT job. You can send us feedback if you like under the Contact Us section.

You will notice a couple of new things. First, if you are reading this blog, you will like this one, you can get right to this blog from our new home page. If you click the Blog tab, it will take you right back here to find our what is going on.

Also, one of the biggest things you will notice is the new Demo Section. We are currently giving demos on all of our new features, so if you are curious, be sure to schedule your demo soon!

We will continue to make new changes to the home page and constantly adapt, so be sure to stop back and check it out!
